A static terrestrial raid located on Cursed Island. The Ghost Pirates operate as swarm intelligence - the sheer number of entities generated during the encounter makes crowd-control weapons near-mandatory. The Magma Staff from the Volcano is widely considered a pre-requisite, because its burn DoT thins the swarm fast enough to prevent total armor degradation.

Spawn trigger
Dock the raft at the Cursed Island coordinates. The Ghost Pirate aggro pulse fires automatically once a beachhead is established on the shore. Encounter is location-gated; cannot be triggered elsewhere.
Combat phases
- Beachhead Wave - first ranged flintlock volley from the tree line
- Closing Swarm - pirates collapse to melee range with cutlass combos
- Cursed Reinforcement - spectral entities spawn from the centre altar
- Captain - single champion entity with 2× HP and AoE knockback

Combat tips
- Farm the Magma Staff from Lord of Lava before attempting this raid - burn DoT is the cleanest answer to the swarm.
- Build a small beachhead fortification first. Open-field melee against a swarm is a death sentence.
- Bring bandages and at least 6 cooked food items. The captain phase hits hard and the prior phases chip your armor.
- Cursed Reinforcement spawns from the centre altar - kite the swarm outward first, then collapse on the altar.
- If you wipe, the Cursed Island cooldown is 5 in-game days. Don't burn the encounter on a half-prepared raid party.
